The task force focuses on prevention and awareness for both children and adults in Delaware County. The task force provides numerous types of prevention strategies including annual walk/run, annual symposium, trainings focusing on special issues like clergy and ethnicity as it relates to suicide, adult suicide review team to identify risk factors, strategies to reduce adult suicide, annual candlelight memorial, and seeking out grants to offer groups for survivors.
